Hertz Becomes Preferred Car Rental Partner for Kia Motors America

The Hertz Corporation has been named a preferred car rental partner for Kia Motors America’s more than 640 dealerships in 50 states. Hertz will provide car rental services, including free pickup and return service and an expanded benefit program for Kia’s fixed-operations business.

  • Competitive replacement rates, including contracted national Kia warranty rates and direct billing to the Kia dealership.
  • Free pickup and delivery service and extended hours of operation.
  • A one-pool fleet, allowing Hertz to fulfill dealers’ peak business
demands, including the ability to return vehicles to any Hertz location
    with one-way rentals.
  • The availability of NeverLost in-car GPS system, SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Hertz
#1 Club Gold service and access to its Prestige and Green Collections.

Kia Motors America (KMA) is the sales, marketing and distribution arm of Kia Motors Corporation based in Seoul, South Korea. KMA offers a complete line of vehicles through more than 640 dealers throughout the United States.

Serving the insurance replacement industry for almost 10 years, Hertz is a recognized supplier to more than 160 of the largest 200-plus insurance companies. In addition, Hertz’s off-airport locations make up more than 10 percent of Hertz’s annual revenue, with revenues of approximately $1 billion in 2007.
