Nissan Adds Free Towing Service to Certified Collision Repair Program

Service allows customers' vehicles to be transported to an OEM certified facility in a 50-mile radius free of charge.

Nissan has announced the availability of a factory towing service for its certified collision repair facilities. The service is offered at no charge to the Nissan owner or collision shop.

For the Nissan owner, a toll-free phone call to 1-800-NISSAN-1 initiates the towing service. The vehicle will then be transported to a Nissan Certified collision repair facility within a 50-mile radius.

Nissan North America developed the Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network to reward and distinguish body shops that meet and exceed Nissan standards for training, equipment, customer service and quality repair work. Requirements include general business practices, facility, operations and performance standards. There are also required levels for training, tools, equipment and customer satisfaction indexing that must be maintained.
