Northern Michigan Body Shop Association Presents Mike Anderson at January Event

The Northern Michigan Body Shop Association will present well-known industry speaker Mike Anderson at its January meeting. Anderson will present "Educate, Not Alienate" and "Understanding Continuous Improvement."
