OEC Selected as a 2019 Top Workplace

OEConnection LLC (OEC) announced it has won The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s prestigious 2019 Top Workplaces award.

OEConnection LLC (OEC) announced it has won The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s prestigious 2019 Top Workplaces award, which recognizes companies with great environments and cultures as identified by employee nominations and survey feedback.

Run by Energage, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement, the regional Top Workplaces program delivered a 24-question survey to 61,770 employees from 1,626 organizations in Northeast Ohio. Employees’ opinions of their employers are captured and evaluated on employee engagement, organizational health and employee satisfaction. Only 150 winners were selected this year.

OEC strives to provide their employees with career growth opportunities, competitive pay and benefits, work/life balance and a challenging, supportive and fun work environment.

“At OEC, creating a work environment where employees can thrive is something we work hard to achieve and maintain each and every day,” said Amy French, executive vice president, human resources for OEC. “We are thrilled and humbled to be named a Top Workplace in Northeast Ohio for 2019 as we have long believed our people, culture and environment are among the very best. It is gratifying to have this affirmed.”

Added Energage CEO Doug Claffey, “Top Workplaces is more than just recognition. Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
