Feasel’s Frame & Collision announced it will be donating $25 to the Calvert Catholic Schools Tuition Assistance Fund for every deer hit they repair during the month of November.

This is the second consecutive year they have done this charity program. Last year, they repaired 25 deer hits in November and ended up donating $625.

“Hit a buck, and we will donate some doe!” is the slogan Feasel’s is using to let their customers know about the program. The customer will also receive a T-shirt that makes them known as a “Certified Road Hunter.”

“We are not trying to lessen the severity of an auto accident, but lighten the mood to a situation that you have no control of,” says Jeff Feasel, general manager, who implemented the idea. “People who hit deer usually just come into our office and throw their hands up and say it came out of nowhere. We hope no one takes offense to this program; we’re only trying to help a great local school while, let’s be honest, bringing to the surface an event that will most likely happen to just about everyone because of where we live.”

Calvert Catholic Schools, a Diocesan School in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Toledo, is one family committed to Christ preparing students from pre-kindergarten through high school to enter the world permeated with strong Catholic values.
