The Paint, Body & Equipment Specialists (PBES), a segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA), is hosting a complimentary webinar on Nov. 19, 2013, at 1 p.m. EST on building customer service. The webinar will be presented by John Martin, president, Eagle TD.

Martin has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive refinish coatings industry. His experience includes PBE sales, refinish technical training, business development, distribution management, and curriculum development and design. He received his BS in human resource management and MS in organizational leadership degrees from Geneva College. In 2012, Martin retired from PPG Industries and founded Eagle TD (Training and Development) to fulfill his passion of working with organizations to maximize human performance in the workplace.
