Sherwin-Williams’ A-Plus Network Program Adds New Benefits

Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Corp. (SWAFC) A-Plus Network – the brand’s value-added program providing comprehensive business solutions to help improve customer service, employee growth, insurance relationships, process refinement, productivity and profitability – now has several new benefits available, SWAFC announced.

Recently, three additions were made to the program, including Fleet Response as a new business resource, the Fristoe Group as a turnkey human resources provider, and a new partnership and exclusive network access to ALLDATA Collision.

“As the economy tightens and more collision repair owners are faced with a variety of business challenges, it’s imperative that they have access to the very best business tools and reference organizations,” said Brandon Devis, SWAFC A-Plus Network Program Manager. “These new services help our A-Plus Network members keep a competitive advantage to help them prosper in these fast-changing times.”

With the addition of Fleet Response, A-Plus Network members can be added to Fleet Response’s extensive network of preferred repair facilities. Fleet Response provides accident management and maintenance management services specifically designed for commercial fleets and manages more than 175,000 vehicles ranging from passenger cars to larger delivery trucks.

The Fristoe Group’s turnkey human resources services provides outsourced human resources, training and educational services, and has more than 20 years of experience in the field. Their services include on-site consulting for management training, conducting employee information surveys, creating and implementing human resource infrastructure per location (employee handbook, job descriptions, performance appraisals), providing performance coaching for management and employees, succession planning and recruiting and staffing.

In addition, SWAFC’s partnership with ALLDATA will provide A-Plus Network members access to ALLDATA Collision factory repair information at discounted pricing. ALLDATA Collision offers a single-source access to the manufacturer’s published OEM factory repair information for member’s collision repair facilities.
