Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes (SWAF) announced the Society of Collision Repair Specialists’ Repairer Driven Education (RDE) sessions it will be participating in this year at the SEMA Show. SWAF is an official sponsor of RDE at the 2015 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, which features more than 30 educational sessions focused on issues and information that are relevant to collision repair professionals operating in today’s marketplace. The sessions take place Nov. 3rd through Nov. 6th.
The sessions being led by Sherwin-Williams consultants include:
- RDE4 – Compensation Solutions: Nov. 3rd, 12:30-2:30 p.m. – Join Mike Lanza to learn about how having the correct compensation plan can be the difference in retaining and attracting the top talent needed in today’s work environment.
- RDE7 – Process Driven Collision Repair: Nov. 3rd, 3-5 p.m. – Lee Rush will discuss new concepts in process-driven collision repair: efficient design, process-driven advanced interface collision operations, and using premium materials and innovation. He will also demonstrate how today’s repair facilities need to change the way they operate to become a flagship collision operation.
- RDE12 – The Lean Office, Organizing the Shop Office for Maximum Efficiency: Nov. 4th, 9:30-11:30 a.m. – Judy Lynch will show how applying lean principles to streamline and eliminate waste from your office and administrative processes will result in significant bottom line savings.
- RDE15 – In-Process Quality Assurance: Nov. 4th, 12:30-2:30 p.m. – Join Lee Rush to learn how in-process quality assurance programs improve on-time deliveries, production flow, and cycle times by reducing and eliminating internal redos and comebacks, ultimately driving internal costs down and quality up.
