Symach announced it is celebrating 20 years of “inventing the future.”
“Half a life with passion accompanying worldwide body shops to enhance productivity and efficiency,” said Osvaldo Bergaglio, CEO and founder of Symach.
Twenty years inventing the future is Symach’s mission. Every day, small to large body shops, multiple shop owners and car dealers ask Symach to design, produce and install high-performance spraybooths, equipment and a tailor-made repair process. It enhances the end customer’s services and eases technicians’ work while reducing energy consumption by more than 80%.
Symach technology is future-proof in its design, especially considering the world movement toward electric vehicles and electrified technologies. Drytronic technology transfers energy into the wet paint rather than heating the whole spraybooth, which eliminates exposure of the battery to excessive heat and damage.
Spraybooths are delivered with high-quality components, for instance fans of 34000 mc/h (20.011 CFM) with total static pressure of 500 Pa, bigger booth sizes of mq. 36 (m3 106,20) compared to mq. 28 (m3 70) for conventional, PowerLED with special parabola formed by several mirror steps, 15.6” (19-inch) user-friendly touchscreen operation, Italian design, aesthetic finishing with stainless steel doors and nine custom colors.
The Symach story started in 2001 in Bologna, Italy, when Bergaglio began to build a team composed of production members, R&D engineers, and sales and trainer representatives. The corporate anniversary is also an opportunity to reward the employees who contributed to Symach’s success.
Hundreds of customers spread across the globe are part of the Symach family and act as advocates of the company. They participate in product and solution evolution, sharing concrete examples and advice to Symach experts, who are continuously searching for improvements.
