TenPoint Complete recently made a $3,000 donation to the National Auto Body Council (NABC) in support of Operation Comfort. The donation was made possible through various fundraisers the company hosted throughout the past six months.
Operation Comfort is an organization that serves wounded veterans by providing them with therapeutic and financial services. One of such services is Automotivation, which grants veterans the opportunity to work in the automotive and collision repair industries.
TenPoint Complete hosted numerous fundraisers for Operation Comfort throughout 2013, including candy bar sales, bake sales and a pie-in-the-face contest. The latter was the most successful of the events, according to John Webb, president of TenPoint Complete.
"Helping veterans who have served the country is extremely important, and supporting the industry and helping the industry become more visible is something we feel strongly about as well," he said. "I think for us it was really a win-win."
