The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has announced that it will once again have a presence at the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) during Automotive Service and Repair Week (ASRW) in New Orleans, Oct. 10-13, 2012. The organization, dedicated to engaging women in the collision repair industry, will have an informational booth (N1518) where attendees can discover more about WIN and join the organization.
“NACE is the perfect venue to share WIN’s mission of supporting women in the collision repair industry,” said Terri Neely, WIN board member and co-chair of the NACE Planning Committee. “It provides a great opportunity to network with women from across the country and introduce them to WIN and all the wonderful benefits we have to offer.”
WIN members will demonstrate their commitment to learning and development by once again offering the Women’s Professional Development Track of classes at NACE. These classes, presented by notable professionals, are open to all attendees (women and men) and cover topics including leadership, networking, personal communication and professional development within the collision industry.
In addition, the WIN reception will be held Wednesday, Oct. 10 during the show. This annual invitation-only event will honor WIN sponsors and offer members and guests an opportunity to connect with the group.
WIN board members will also meet for a regularly scheduled board meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 10 to discuss upcoming WIN activities and initiatives, including details of the 2013 WIN Conference set for May 2013.
