CARSTAR Launches New Website at CARSTAR.com

The new site, which launched Dec. 7th, has a sleek and simplified layout to provide customers with an easier browsing experience from their laptop, tablet or cell phone.

CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced that its website, CARSTAR.com, has been redesigned. The new site, which launched Dec. 7th, has a sleek and simplified layout to provide customers with an easier browsing experience from their laptop, tablet or cell phone.

“When today’s consumers need collision repair service, they want it at their fingertips,” said Michael Macaluso, president of CARSTAR North America. “We have seen our website traffic evolve to a more and more mobile customer, and we have redesigned CARSTAR.com to provide a simplified, dynamic site that can deliver accident assistance whenever and wherever they need it.”

One of the biggest changes consumers will notice is CARSTAR.com is now a responsive website that’s user friendly on all devices – desktops, tablets and phones. With 50 percent of the site’s users coming from mobile devices, consumers are now able to utilize all of the capabilities on CARSTAR.com from their computer or their phone. The site will now reformat itself for easy viewing and navigation based on screen size without compromising the site’s integrity.

CARSTAR.com provides consumers all the information they need to understand the repair process, connect with a local CARSTAR location and schedule an appointment to have their vehicle repaired. In addition, drivers can find tips and solutions for staying safe on the road, teaching good driving practices to young drivers, saving money on insurance and other vehicle expenses, and protecting the occupants in their cars.

CARSTAR is actively seeking new franchisees. Interested parties should contact Sam Freeman at [email protected] or (888) 505-6815.
