National Lawsuit Gets Radio Coverage in Memphis Area

Attorney John Eaves Jr. and body shop owner Bill Fowler discussed basis for suit and educated public on the claims process on "Drake & Zeke In the Morning."

Attorney John Eaves Jr. and body shop owner Bill Fowler were featured on a popular Memphis-area morning radio show on Tuesday, Aug. 26, discussing the national lawsuit rolling out across the country with the hope of educating consumers on the claims process.

The Drake & Zeke show had the duo on at 7:30 a.m. Central time to explain what the lawsuit is all about and discuss consumers’ rights when it comes to selecting a repair shop of their choice, the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts, diminished value and insurer tactics designed to mitigate costs.

“As is the case with many who have not had the opportunity to be exposed to insurer tactics, what the members of the media are learning has them in total shock and disbelief and is strengthening their resolve to expose our insurance friends’ tactics to the public,” said Fowler.
