PPG Automotive Refinish announced that its Envirobase High Performance and Aquabase Plus branded products have once again earned the Good Housekeeping Seal. The Seal is issued by Good Housekeeping magazine and granted exclusively to products that have passed evaluations conducted by the experts at the Good Housekeeping Institute (GHI).
Envirobase High Performance and Aquabase Plus advanced waterborne basecoats are popular throughout the U.S. and Canada as collision centers move to low-VOC products. More than 10,000 collision centers across North America use Envirobase High Performance or Aquabase Plus refinish systems. The two brands’ products offer consistent color match, allow easy blending, are simple to use, and help shops improve productivity and efficiency.

As required by the rigid qualifying process, PPG products were assessed by GHI scientists and engineers to ensure the products perform as promised. The Engineering Lab evaluated technical and performance data to ensure product efficacy, low VOC levels and the ability to withstand environmental conditions.
