Strategies for Implementing Best Practices/SOPs – Oct. 13 from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.
This course will give attendees tips on developing and then sustaining the use of best practices for administrative and production processes. This session will be facilitated by Steve Trapp from DuPont Performance Coatings and Mike Anderson from CollisionAdvice. Anderson is an industry expert who has successfully deployed SOPs in numerous repair centers globally.

Marketing to Consumers – Oct. 31 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
This course will give tips on how to target the end consumer with marketing strategies to generate more qualified drive-in traffic and repair volume.  This session will be facilitated by Steve Trapp from DuPont Performance Coatings and Robert Rick from RR & Custom Solutions.

Enabling Flow – Oct. 31 from 3 to 5 p.m.
This course will explore how to enable and level out work flow by implementing optimal flow within a department and then interconnecting the departments. This session will be facilitated by Steve Trapp from DuPont Performance Coatings and John Sweigart, a multi-shop owner of True Collision Center (formerly The Body Shop) who is an industry expert on implementing lean concepts in the collision repair and other industries.

“DuPont Performance Coatings is committed to helping the collision industry continue to expand its knowledge of best practices by providing industry-leading value added services. Creating these four new courses is an example of that commitment,” said Steve Trapp, performance services manager.  “The courses provide insights on how we can help repairers drive more work to their door and how we can assist repairers in pulling more work through their door.”
