Virtual 20 Group Concept Debuts at ASRW

Twenty 2.0 - Peer Benchmarking to be held this Friday in New Orleans promises to offer all the benefits of belonging to a 20 group...with a virtual twist.

Automotive Service & Repair Week (ASRW) has announced that a new event, Twenty 2.0 – Peer Benchmarking, will debut this week in New Orleans, La. Twenty 2.0 is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 12 from 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Registration is available online or on-site for $85.

Twenty 2.0 is a peer benchmarking/virtual 20 group concept applicable to both mechanical service/repair and collision repair shop owners focused on doing “the job at the top.” This 90-minute session, led by ASRW keynote speaker Dick Cross, begins with a half-hour introductory session, followed by an hour-long breakout session. All participants will have the opportunity to enroll in the formal (ongoing) Twenty 2.0 virtual 20 group at the conclusion of this session.

Cross is the author of “Just Run It! Running an Exceptional Business is Easier Than You Think.” He has worked for more than 25 years transforming companies into industry powerhouses and has specific automotive industry experience as well, having advised automotive retailers and served as CEO of CARSTAR.

“Shop owners interested in obtaining the value of participating in a 20 group process with a non-traditional time or financial investment won’t want to miss this unique session,” said ASA President Ron Pyle. “We’ve taken the 20 group concept and upgraded it to the digital age. Participants who formally enroll will receive all the benefits of belonging to a 20 group, with a virtual twist.”
