SCI Expands Services to Include Turn-Key Website Solution

Summit Consulting Int’l, Inc. (SCI) has expanded its services to include a turn-key website solution tailored for the collision repair industry. Summit Site Builder takes care of the design, development, maintenance and hosting of the site.

“A website is important to help our customers find and communicate with us – however, our teams are experts in collision repair, not website management,” said Brian Martin, director of auto collision, Lexus of North Miami & Lexus of Pembroke Pines. “With SCI behind the scenes running our site, we don’t have to take time away from our core business activities and customer service. We know our website will meet the needs of our customers with very little effort on our part.”

Summit Site Builder is backed by a content management system, making site updates quick and easy. SCI can manage and push content, or give the power to collision center staff through a basic editing tool. Shops can have as much control over their website as they want, while freeing up resources that can be dedicated to operations and service.

SCI combines its templates with a collision center’s offerings and accolades to highlight the business and make it easy for customers to get information. Websites are built with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in mind to drive increased traffic. Content can include everything from hours of operation and “what to do after an accident” to certifications, facility tours, before and after photos, appointment setting and tow requests.

“Taking a website from static to dynamic can dramatically impact the way a shop serves its customers, not to mention its ability to drive profits,” said Bob McDonald, president of SCI. “Summit Site Builder is simple, customizable and cost-effective, giving shops more time to focus on what they do best – collision repair and customer service.”
