Dent Wizard Appoints New F&I Operations Manager

Cory Schroeder, previously of GMAC Insurance, will be responsible for supporting the administration system and developing process improvements and best practices for the continued growth of the brand's F&I products.

Dent Wizard International announced recently that Cory Schroeder has been appointed F&I operations manager. He will be responsible for supporting the administration system and developing process improvements and best practices for the continued growth of Dent Wizard’s F&I products. He will operate from Dent Wizard’s St. Louis, Mo., headquarters, and report to Lindsey Bird, Dent Wizard’s vice president of North American aftersales.
 
“Cory brings to Dent Wizard a strong strategic planning and insurance analysis background,” said Bird. “His knowledge of the auto insurance industry from a national perspective will benefit the Dent Wizard team and our partner dealerships across North America.”
 
Prior to joining Dent Wizard, Schroeder spent the past 10 years at GMAC Insurance where he developed a growth plan for a direct repair network. He was responsible for executing compliance plans for a multitude of states, and served as a liaison between underwriting and claims, including analytical reports for claims loss ratios. He was also an accomplished claims manager for GMAC insurance.
