CARSTAR Expands Business Development Team

Sean Darcy named director of network development for California and Western U.S.; Tom Pelletier to lead development in South and Southeast markets.

CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced that it has expanded its business development team by hiring Sean Darcy as director of network development for the Western U.S. and Southern California markets and Tom Pelletier as director of network development for the South and Southeast markets.

Darcy was recently with Fix Auto and was responsible for sales and conversions. He brings more than 15 years of professional experience in collision repair and the automotive insurance industry. Previously, he served as vice president of ICC Collision Centers, business development manager at Philip Thearle’s Autowerks and territory underwriting manager at Fireman’s Fund InsuranceCompany. He will report to Ryan Keller, vice president of development for CARSTAR.
 
Pelletier comes to CARSTAR from the Automotive Training Institute, where he served as a senior management consultant. He has 20 years of experience in the automotive business, both in the collision business and sales. Former positions include director of sales for ALLDATA, vice president of sales and marketing for Maxwell Emissions, and distribution/regional business manager with Snap-On Tools. Pelletier also will report to Keller.
