Toyota STAR Elite Dealers to Use SCI’s Parts Sales Xcellerator Tool

Wholesale parts tool to help increase business in first half of 2013.

Summit Consulting Int’l Inc. (SCI) has announced that Toyota is launching SCI’s Parts Sales Xcellerator (PSX) tool to all STAR Elite dealers in the first half of 2013. The decision was made following a successful pilot program.

“With PSX, our dealers can quickly and easily consolidate data so they know exactly how their accounts are performing, while also identifying additional sales and marketing opportunities,” said Jerry Raskind, wholesale development manager, Toyota Motor Sales. “PSX’s CRM capabilities make it simple and efficient for dealers to track all prospect and customer information and activities so they can meet the needs of their accounts, market more effectively, and increase their wholesale business.”

The challenge of developing wholesale parts sales is attaining the right information at the right time to guide business decisions. PSX provides dealers this information and more automatically.

PSX helps dealerships navigate their way to wholesale growth by clearly identifying sales opportunities, easily managing sales activities and actively promoting business through targeted email marketing. These components give dealerships visibility into their wholesale business without spending time running reports or compiling data.

“Simply put, PSX helps dealers sell more to existing accounts, better service accounts, and capture new accounts,” said Bob McDonald, president of SCI. “Toyota put our solution to the test and the results have been an overwhelming success, which is leading to the broader implementation. We are looking forward to helping Toyota STAR Elite dealers from coast to coast retain and grow their wholesale parts accounts.”
