VeriFacts Reaches Coaching Milestone

Company surpasses 2 million mark for coaching observations.

VeriFacts Automotive LLC has announced that it has surpassed the 2 million mark for coaching observations. A coaching observation is a physical inspection and onsite training at the individual technician level of the repair process, which is performed by one of VeriFacts Automotive’s collision repair experts.

Along with the milestone for observations, VeriFacts has inspected almost 84,000 vehicles and coached approximately 9,500 technicians.

“We are proud of our team," said Doug Irish, president. "Each and every person wearing a VeriFacts shirt or coveralls strives to expose the excellence in the collision repair centers they work with. This is not about playing ‘gotcha’ with the shop or technicians, it is about providing a valuable resource for shop owners and technicians to ensure they have the most up-to-date training and information available prior to, and during the repair process. Our goal is for shop owners to be able to sleep better at night and consumers to have peace of mind that the vehicles have been repaired according to the manufacturers recommendations and they are safely drivable again."
