Zara’s Collision Center Receives Assured Performance Network Certification

Assured Performance Network has announced that Zara’s Collision Center, located in Springfield, Ill., has received certification for meeting standards of operational excellence.

Zara’s, now in its 27th year of business, is located at 3117 Wide Track Drive in Springfield, one block south of Dirksen Parkway and South Grand Avenue East. The shop’s 12-month customer satisfaction rating is 94 percent as reported by the CSI Complete survey firm.

Zara’s is Honda Motor Co.’s only ProFirst collision repair facility in the Springfield area and the only Springfield-area shop to have Chrysler’s Assured Performance certification. Zara’s Benevolence Program has given away 25 refurbished vehicles to deserving individuals in the 14 years of the program.

“Only one out of 20 collision repair shops nationally have met the Assured Performance criteria,” said a Zara representative. “The certification assures that we possess the proper tools, equipment, training and facilities necessary to repair vehicles to Chrysler and General Motors specifications to ensure the fit, finish, durability, safety and value of the vehicle.”

Assured Performance Network is comprised of nearly 3,500 best-in-class collision repair businesses located in nearly every community across the United States. The management company provides third-party certification administration to various entities. The co-op delivers millions of rebate dollars from multiple OEMs and other strategic partners to member body shops through programs like the 100% Write Rebate Reward Program. It also provides consumer awareness and enable consumers to locate a certified collision care provider through their non-profit consumer advocacy organizations.

“Customers need and want peace of mind and confidence in knowing that their vehicle is repaired right and that a shop is not going to take advantage of them,” said Scott Biggs, founder and CEO of Assured Performance Network. “Zara’s Collision Center is a shop that cares about quality and their customers. They represent the standard by which all others are measured.”
