Dent Wizard Appoints Director of Operations

Steve Carpenter promoted to newly created position after serving as regional operations director in Dent Wizard's Southeast region.

Dent Wizard International recently promoted Steve Carpenter to the newly created position of director of operations. Carpenter previously served as regional operations director in Dent Wizard’s Southeast region.
 
Among his duties in the new position, Carpenter will be involved in strategic planning and direction of operations as the company continues to roll out new services and geographic coverage under its Frontline Fast, Ding Shield and MINT brands. He will also be involved in the strategic planning of new initiatives under consideration at Dent Wizard.
 
Carpenter will report to Mike Black, Dent Wizard’s chief operating officer, and will continue to work from his office in Nashville, Tenn.
 
Carpenter started with Dent Wizard as a paintless dent removal technician in 1996, and continues to retain his Five-Star status – Dent Wizard’s highest certified level of proficiency for technicians. Starting in 2000, Carpenter served as Dent Wizard’s auction services manager at Manheim Nashville and Manheim Tennessee. In 2008, he was promoted to regional auction manager, and later to regional operations director in Dent Wizard’s Southeast region.
 
“His understanding of our business’s operational field and management structures will no doubt ensure his continued success as a valued, integral and trusted resource for our team,” said Black.
