WIN Kicks Off 2014 Sponsorship Drive

Sponsorships to assist the organization in providing educational and mentorship programs for women in the automotive industry in 2014.

The Women’s Industry Network has announced the kick-off of the 2014 Sponsorship Drive. Sponsorships will assist the organization in its plans to provide educational and mentorship programs for women in the automotive industry in 2014.

WIN offers multiple levels of corporate sponsorship opportunities as well as sponsorship opportunities for its annual Educational Conference and the new Most Influential Women Program (MIW). Sponsors are recognized and identified at their levels of support on the WIN website and in promotional materials. Acknowledgements during membership functions as well as WIN activities at NACE and other industry events are all part of WIN’s way of recognizing sponsors.

In addition, new scholarship opportunities will be offered to female students entering or continuing their studies in collision repair. Each sponsorship opportunity enables WIN to deliver on its commitment to provide women in the industry with educational opportunities that position them for future success.

“The expansion of our programs to include ‘Most Influential Women’ awards and new scholarship opportunities is a direct result of the unwavering support WIN has received from the industry,” said Margaret Knell, chair of WIN’s Board of Directors. “We gratefully acknowledge that without this broad-based response from all segments of the industry, we would be unable to continue the great programs we have in place.”

Added Amanda Bolton, an estimator at O’Donnell Honda Collision Center, “Winning a scholarship to the WIN Conference this year gave me the opportunity to network with women in the collision repair industry, to learn and grow in my profession.”
