Allstate Insurance Company has contributed $95,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation. With this donation, Allstate’s total lifetime contributions to the organization surpass $1 million.
Industry donations such as Allstate’s assist the foundation in its ability to support high school and technical college school programs, instructors and students nationwide. By increasing educational opportunities for these students, companies like Allstate help better prepare students who will enter the industry as productive, efficient entry-level employees.
The $95,000 contribution from Allstate will support the foundation’s Collision Repair Education Campaign fund, which allows the foundation to provide its annual student scholarships, school grants and the annual Ultimate Collision Education Makeover school grant, which is $50,000.
“Continuing our commitment to support the collision repair industry is very important to us, and having contributed more than a million dollars now really speaks to that commitment,” says Allstate’s Claims Vice President Pam Overton. “The Collision Repair Education Foundation plays a significant role in the industry by generating awareness and funding for organizations that provide meaningful career opportunities in the field, and Allstate is proud to support that mission.”
