The Montana Collision Repair Specialists (MCRS) has announced that it is in full support and agreement with the Society of Collision Repair Specialists’ (SCRS) position statement on insurer mandates.
"We do not believe these programs enhance the interest of the consumer or the small businesses serving them," read a statement by MCRS. "We support free enterprise and believe in the benefit of business relationships that have been built on trust and an understanding of the specific market needs placed on collision repair businesses. We believe the repair process is best left to the professionals repairing the vehicle without third party intrusion that hinders our businesses’ ability to safely, efficiently and profitably serve the consumer."
