CCC Information Services Adds Two New Members to TRUE Parts Network

1-800-Radiator & A/C and Continental Auto Parts will integrate their parts inventories with the CCC ONE solution.

CCC Information Services Inc. announced that 1-800-Radiator & A/C and Continental Auto Parts have joined the CCC TRUE Parts Network. By joining, 1-800-Radiator & A/C and Continental Auto Parts will integrate their parts inventories with the CCC ONE solution, offering electronic parts quoting, procurement and invoicing to repairers using CCC ONE Repair Workflow. CCC customers write more than 10 million repair orders each year and purchase billions of dollars in parts annually.

“Parts ordering within CCC ONE Repair Workflow is seamless,” said Allen Beale, parts manager for Mainline Autobody, located in Santa Maria, Calif. “I can search and purchase parts from right within the same screen I’m already working in without ever having to go to an individual supplier website. And, when I order a part electronically, I can also get invoiced electronically, which has cut the time I spend on each invoice from two minutes down to two mouse clicks. If all suppliers could send me their invoices through CCC ONE, life would get even easier.”

Added David Boden, vice president of CCC’s Parts Services group, “We are excited to welcome 1-800-Radiator & A/C and Continental Auto Parts to the CCC TRUE Parts Network. Each brings a level of quality and parts diversity that will complement the offerings of existing CCC TRUE Parts Network participants and appeal to our repair customers.”

1-800-Radiator & A/C offers a complete line of components for engine cooling, HVAC and fuel delivery systems, as well as external components such as door mirrors and certified headlamps.

“The integration with CCC ONE Repair Workflow gives our mutual customers the opportunity to quickly and easily access the vast 1-800-Radiator inventory using our industry-leading catalog, ensuring the same accuracy and quality they have come to rely on when previously ordering by phone, fax or email,” said Julian Hart, AVP of strategic technology solutions, 1-800-Radiator & A/C.

Continental Auto Parts offers a full line of automotive body parts, including lamps, sheet metal, mirrors, cooling products, new and reconditioned OEM bumper covers, and remanufactured alloy wheels.

“We are very pleased and excited to join the CCC TRUE Parts Network,” said Michael Koren, operations manager, Continental Auto Parts. “Our entire team at Continental Auto Parts works very hard as a service provider to get parts to our customers when they want them, from parts procurement all the way to delivery. This program will help improve that process. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”
