AudaExplore Renews Partnership with TOA Technologies

AudaExplore has renewed its partnership with TOA Technologies, a leading provider of field service and mobile workforce management software solutions, to bring efficiency, accuracy and an enhanced customer experience to the insurance industry.

AudaExplore’s Power Dispatch solution is a Web-based service for insurance providers that intelligently identifies the most ideal resources for appraisal assignments based on the insurers’ goals and objectives. Powering the platform is TOA’s ETAdirect, which is a field service management SaaS solution that manages the service process from the moment an appointment or service is requested through planning, routing and scheduling, to real-time customer communications. Ultimately, AudaExplore hopes this partnership will help insurers further advance their claims customer experience, while introducing much needed optimizations for field resources.

“Through the appraiser, insurance carriers and repairers have an opportunity to connect with their customers – face-to-face,” said Yuval Brisker, co-founder and CEO of TOA Technologies. “To take advantage of the opportunity this moment provides, it’s critical that the appraiser is on time and fully prepared for each appointment. The field service management solution we provide is now an essential part of the appraisal process. Our work with AudaExplore is bringing TOA’s unique and proven scheduling and dispatch capabilities to the insurance industry, helping companies increase the productivity of their field workforce while creating a positive experience for each customer.”

Though AudaExplore has been utilizing TOA’s workforce management tools for almost five years, the renewed partnership is now more important than ever. According to a recent customer experience survey conducted by ORC International, one in three of those polled said they would like their insurance companies to provide faster and more frequent updates during the claims and repairs process.

“As automotive technology evolves and consumers become more digitally empowered, it’s important that we adapt,” said Neal Lowell, vice president, product management, AudaExplore. “By having ETAdirect integrated within our Power Dispatch solution, we have the capability to enable field workers to service more customers per day with a much better customer experience than ever before.”

AudaExplore’s Power Dispatch solution also allows dispatchers to react to appraiser schedule changes in real-time, utilizing up-to-date status feedback provided by the field staff using a smartphone or Web mobility client.
