CCC Introduces Carwise Review Plugins

Service creates live, strolling stream of customer reviews on a shop's website.

To help repairers prominently display their real customer reviews directly in front of potential customers, CCC has introduced Carwise Review Plugins. These dynamic mini applications create a dedicated space on the shop’s website where a live, scrolling stream of real customer reviews is readily viewable by site visitors. These plugins are free to CCC ONE users and only take a few minutes for shops to install.

“Some of the most successful shops we see have embraced new ways to communicate with consumers at the time and on the device of the customer’s choosing,” said Joseph Allen, GM, CCC Automotive Services Group. “When a shop engages with a consumer throughout the repair process, satisfaction scores go up and on-time deliveries increase, creating a better customer experience overall. The Carwise Review Plugins are a new, easy way for auto body shops to take their customer feedback and prominently display reviews to potential customers, providing a sneak peek into the services and quality the shop delivers. It’s a great tool to help shops attract more business.”

CCC ONE users only need their serial number and the shop ZIP code to add the Carwise Review Plugins to their website. Today, more than 6,000 repairers use CCC ONE Update Plus to keep customers informed of their vehicle’s repair status and to conduct post-repair satisfaction surveys.
