Assured Performance Appoints New Regional Directors of Business Development

Collision industry veterans Tracy Pierce, Jackie Ferrier and Steven Zinanti will lead expanding services to Assured Performance's national network of certified body shops.

Assured Performance has announced the appointment of Tracy Pierce,
Jackie Ferrier and Steve Zinanti as regional directors of business
development to lead expanding services to the company’s national network
of certified body shops.

Jackie Ferrier was most recently
senior account manager for Sterling Collision Centers, which recently
sold out to Service King. Ferrier will fill the expanded role in the
eastern region.

Pierce, a former shop owner, director of
operations for Auto Nation and MSO business development manager with
AkzoNobel, will fill the role for the south region.

Steve
Zinanti, a highly respected owner-operator and MSO manager in Denver,
will fill the role in the western region. Three other regional positions
remain open at this time.

"We are very proud to have such
talent join our team and help improve our operations," said Scott Biggs, CEO of Assured Performance. "These
professionals are critical to our efforts to reengineer and reinvent the
collision repair industry with mass market OE certification-recognition
and establishing the best performing collision repair network in the
world."

Combined, the new regional director positions will help
deliver a series of business development services to dealer and
independently-owned collision repair businesses critical to compliance
with certification requirements. The business development services are
key for the shops that have or want to become certified and part of the
national certified shop network, which is officially recognized by a
growing list of automakers including Ford, Chrysler, Nissan and
General Motors. Assured Performance states that the various business development tools will also help
the network shops perform at the "highest level of profitability and
efficiency while delivering a unique customer service experience."

The
network is projected to reach more than 1,500 by year’s end and more than 2,500
by year-end 2015. All of the certified shops, both independent and
dealership, will participate in one aspect or another of the business
development services provided. Currently, more than 1,500 independent shops
are enrolled in certification, and approximately 1,000 dealer body shops
are participating in a capabilities assessment process as part of a
larger business development plan. The shops collectively will provide a certified choice for consumers, insurers and OEMs.
