Team PRP Names Mark Gamble Executive Director

Team PRP, the largest national network of independent automotive recyclers, has announced the appointment of Mark Gamble as its new executive director.

“Team PRP is very fortunate to have found such a capable candidate as Mark Gamble for its new executive director,” said Avi Pelc, who had been serving as Team PRP’s interim executive director. “Mark brings a wealth of experience in all levels of management in the automotive industry – in fields closely related to automotive recycling – and has shown a keen sense of understanding of the nuances of the automotive recycling industry. Team PRP looks forward to the clear and effective direction that Mark will bring to the organization.”

Gamble is a former Marine with a 19-year background in insurance and auto repair due to having worked in insurance claims and management, as well as in the salvage auction arena. His proven leadership and communication skills, in addition to his degree in finance, are expected to be additional assets for his new position.

Gamble, who lives with his wife, Michelle, and two young daughters in Ohio, expressed his enthusiasm in taking on his new role.

“I am extremely excited to begin a new chapter of my career with Team PRP and within the parts industry,” said Gamble. “I could not be more impressed with the amount of dedication and commitment I have witnessed among this group and feel honored to represent Team PRP. I look forward to facing the challenges our industry faces and feel confident we will find new, innovative ways to service our customers and to benefit Team PRP and the auto recycling industry.”
