Choice Autobody Repair Association Now on Facebook

Association, which educates consumers on their rights, is trying to pick up momentum and reach more consumers as well as shop owners.

Choice Autobody Repair Association (CARA) announced that it now has its own Facebook page.

On the page, CARA explains its mission, which is to promote consumers’ awareness of their individual rights when dealing with insurance companies and automotive repair shops; and to promote common business interests of individuals and corporations engaged in the auto body repair industry as well as foster education of both private and industry members.

On its timeline, CARA has posted a graphic of the U.S. showing who is checking them out across the country, and an announcement about how they’re adding shops to their Shop Locator. The association has also posted news relevant to their membership.

“We are really trying to pick up some momentum and reach more consumers as well as shop owners,” said CARA President Rick Finney. “Our industry, in my opinion, really needs education and awareness for everyone now more than ever.”
