ABRA Extends Strategic Relationship with AudaExplore to Improve Claims Efficiency

MSO makes move after realizing efficiency gains, and also adds Consolidator Dispatch to allow for more self-management for operations and franchise owners.

AudaExplore announced it has signed an agreement to extend its estimating, central review and consolidator dispatch services to all ABRA Auto Body & Glass locations in the U.S.

AudaExplore has been a preferred business partner of ABRA since 2010. After experiencing efficiency gains through AudaExplore’s solutions, ABRA has decided to extend its strategic relationship for two more years. In addition to an extended agreement, ABRA has also added Consolidator Dispatch to its portfolio of AudaExplore services, allowing more self-management for its operations and franchise owners. With Consolidator Dispatch, ABRA will be able to re-route insurance work assignments to the most appropriate ABRA location, taking into account the workload and proximity of each shop.

“Our mission is to repair damaged vehicles right the first time, on time,” said Tim Adelmann, ABRA’s executive vice president of business development. “As we grow, AudaExplore’s state-of-the-art technology will continue to help us provide superior service seamlessly to each of our clients through our extensive network of auto body repair shops across the nation.”

AudaExplore states that ABRA and its franchise owners will experience increased shop productivity through:

  • Improved cycle time and streamlined communication processes
  • Efficient routing of assignments through the call center to repair center
  • Expand convenience and availability to vehicle owners with 20 hours per day service

“Our goal is to make the complicated process of handling a claim much simpler for all parties involved,” said Gordon Henderson, vice president of Collision Repair Solutions, AudaExplore. “AudaExplore’s technology solutions enable MSOs and insurance carriers to communicate on one platform with one another with little variability. We’re always grateful when an established partner gives us another opportunity to assist them with their technology needs. By providing a system that’s highly accurate and connected, we can greatly reduce waste in claims processing activities and help increase overall profitability for our customers such as ABRA.”
