The National Auto Body Council (NABC) invites collision industry professionals to Palm Springs January 13-14 to help launch its 20th anniversary celebrations.
The festivities kick off on Tuesday evening, Jan. 13, with a gala reception and continues the next day with NABC’s Annual Golf Fundraiser.
“It’s a special week for all of us in the industry as we celebrate and recognize the many contributions NABC members have made over the past 20 years to build a positive image of our collision industry, ” said Nick Notte, president of the NABC Board of Directors. “We invite our industry colleagues to join us at our ‘thank you’ reception, and to continue to support our mission by participating in our Golf Fundraiser.”
The gala reception hosted by the NABC on Tuesday, Jan. 13 starts at 6 p.m. at Spencer’s Restaurant in Palm Springs and will feature awards, door prizes and plenty of networking opportunities throughout the evening.
“We encourage anyone who is not familiar with NABC programs to join us at this reception to meet our NABC Board and the many industry leaders whose passion and dedication continues to make a positive impact for our industry,” said Notte.
The NABC Golf Fundraiser the next day on Wednesday, Jan. 14 is the organization’s single largest event to raise funds to support its community service initiatives: Recycled Rides, First Responder Emergency Extrication (FREE) and Distracted Driving program. Event organizers anticipate a full field of golfers and encourage players to register as soon as possible.
NABC’s signature Recycled Rides program will be highlighted as Golf Fundraiser presenting sponsor Hertz and NABC member Pacific Elite Collision team up to donate a vehicle to a local Palm Springs resident.
“We are proud of the role the National Auto Body Council and our members have had in shaping the positive image of the collision industry today,” said Chuck Sulkala, NABC Executive Director. “We look forward to continuing our mission to promote the professionalism and integrity of the collision industry through our community service initiatives.”
All activities during the NABC’s 20th anniversary celebrations are open to all industry professionals. There is no cost to attend the reception but the NABC strongly encourages reservations to this limited-space event. To RSVP, email [email protected] or contact Marie Peevy at (630) 881-7945.
