Collision Schools Get $3 Million in AudaExplore Subscriptions

AudaExplore Donated $3 Million in Subscriptions to Schools Through Collision Repair Education Foundation

To date, more than 230 collision repair school programs in 40 states across the U.S. have benefited from in-kind donations of AudaExplore’s estimating software through the AudaExplore Educational Institutions Program begun in 2010.

AudaExplore, a Solera Company, has reached another milestone in donating more than $3 million in software in 2014 through the Collision Repair Education Foundation to various schools across the country. The AudaExplore Educational Institutions Program began in 2010 and to date, more than 230 collision repair school programs in 40 states across the U.S. have benefited from in-kind donations of the company’s estimating software through the program’s partnership with the foundation.

Under the AudaExplore Educational Institutions Program, AudaExplore provides a comprehensive software and training package – free of charge – to vocational and technical schools throughout the U.S. To qualify, schools must complete an online survey conducted by the Collision Repair Education Foundation. Thousands of students nationwide participate in the free online training that is available as part of the Educational Institutions Programs.

“Without the generosity of AudaExplore, a Solera Company, many of these schools would not be able to afford such a great learning tool,” said Clark Plucinski, executive director of the Collision Repair Education Foundation. “Budgets are so small, and schools can barely afford tape and sandpaper let alone this type of training program. AudaExplore has really stepped up to enhance the education for today’s collision repair students, and these students will have an advantage when going into the industry.”

Added Rick Tuuri, vice president of industry relations for AudaExplore, ”AudaExplore is truly grateful for this opportunity to give back to the students and the industry through the Foundation. Our founder and CEO, Tony Aquila, has supported this program since inception and understands the needs and difficulties that collision students face in today’s academic and employment world. AudaExplore and Solera are happy and proud to support the students and schools by providing state-of-the-art estimating software through the Foundation.”
