Fix Auto Appoints Charlie Rich to Management Team

Rich will develop the Fix Auto brand by expanding and enhancing insurance carrier relationships, expanding the franchise membership base and identifying new opportunities to deliver value in the marketplace.

Fix Auto USA announced the appointment of Charlie Rich, vice president of business development, to its management team.

Rich comes to Fix Auto after a long and successful career as a technology, service and insurance professional. He was a key player in the early growth of CCC Information Services Inc., the evolution of the DRP concept and data standards in the industry. He also co-founded and served as president and EVP, Sales and Marketing, for ProcessClaims, which was later acquired by CCC Information Services, Inc.

Rich’s principle focus will be developing the overall Fix Auto brand by expanding and enhancing insurance carrier relationships, assisting with the expansion of the franchise membership base and identifying new opportunities to deliver value in the marketplace.

“It’s a pleasure to join an organization with a solid foundation and an impressive track record of growth,” Rich said. “I look forward to helping Fix Auto expand by nurturing our insurance carrier relationships and ensuring the market understands the tremendous value that our members deliver for the benefit of our mutual customer.”

Added Fix Auto President and COO Paul Gange, “Investing in our business and making sure we have the right resources positioned correctly will drive success in 2015 and beyond. Charlie is here to help us accomplish exactly that, and we look forward to working closely with our customers, expanding our footprint and maintaining our disciplined focus on purposeful growth.”
