Mike Anderson to Speak at WIN Conference

Mike Anderson Named Keynote Speaker at Women’s Industry Network Educational Conference

Anderson's keynote address, “Choosing Your Destiny,” will offer inspiration and guidance for creating a success story through self-determination and motivation.

mike-andersonThe Women’s Industry Network (WIN) announced that Mike Anderson of Collision Advice will be the keynote speaker at its 2015 Educational Conference taking place May 4-6, 2015 at the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott.

Anderson’s keynote address, “Choosing Your Destiny,” will offer inspiration and guidance for creating a success story through self-determination and motivation, how to take personal responsibility for your actions and how to purposefully create new behaviors for greater success in every area of your life.

“I am so excited, honored and privileged to be presenting the keynote address at the WIN Conference,” Anderson said. “Too often, we allow our concerns of what others might think of our idea or our dreams that we don’t pursue them. Don’t let others dictate your future; you and you alone choose your destiny!”

The speakers and breakout sessions at the ninth annual WIN Conference, themed “Create and Cultivate,” will focus on opportunities for attendees to develop their own personal success stories through leadership, knowledge and relationships. In addition to the keynote address, the conference will feature speakers covering organizational culture, successful talent recruiting and time management.

“As we finalize this year’s speakers, our planning committee is thrilled with the immense amount of talent and passion that is present throughout the industry,” said Jessica Rob, chair of the Conference Planning Committee. “We are honored to be hosting Mike and other collision industry leaders at the 2015 Educational Conference.”

In addition to the educational sessions, WIN’s presentation of the Most Influential Women awards will be held during the conference gala dinner, recognizing women who have been nominated by their peers as outstanding business and civic leaders. The 2015 WIN/MIW Scholarship winners will also be recognized, and the Annual Scholarship Walk will raise money for the WIN Scholarship fund.

“Each year, the WIN Conference Committee raises the bar of expectations,” said Denise Caspersen, WIN’s chair. “This year’s ‘Create and Cultivate’ is sure to engage our members and inspire them to grow professionally and participate in guiding our industry through unprecedented change.”

Registration for the event will open in early March.
