CARSTAR Collision repair shop Garage Le Cabriolet recently celebrated its 35th year of using BASF products and serving the people of Quebec. Frank Tokatlidis started the business in 1979 using BASF products and still does to this day. The shop uses BASF’s R-M Onyx Low VOC paint system.

“The main reason we use R-M is the service we receive and the quality of the products. We take pride in what we do and are well supported by BASF,” said Tokatlidis.

Yvan Gariepy, Le Cabriolet manager, has worked with Tokatlidis for the past three years. He is a key part of the future of Le Cabriolet, as he plans to gradually take over the business. The shop employs 12 people and repairs approximately 1,300 vehicles each year.

“BASF is proud to have worked with Le Cabriolet for 35 years. And we want to thank Frank for his dedication and loyalty,” said Nancy Houle, BASF regional business manager, Eastern Canada. “Our commitment to them will continue for years to come, and we wish Yvan and his team many years of success.”
