Gerber Collision & Glass Opens New Repair Location in Washington State

Previously operated as Fitz Auto Body, the location is about 13,100 square feet, with 11,100 square feet of production space.

The Boyd Group Inc. has announced the May 1, 2015 acquisition and opening of a collision repair location in Spokane Valley, Wash. The location is about 13,100 square feet, with 11,100 square feet of production space. It previously operated under the name Fitz Auto Body.

“We are very pleased to add this location in Spokane Valley, which is east of our two locations in Spokane and west of our location in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, which we opened last November,” said Tim O’Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations. “This secures our position as a leading provider of collision repair centers in the greater Spokane area and provides another local option for our customers and insurance partners in the region.”

The Boyd Group is continuously looking to add new collision repair locations to its existing network in Canada and the U.S. Interested collision repair center owners should contact Kim Allen at (847) 410-6003 or [email protected].

One of the most important steps when using a frame-engaging car lift like a two-post lift is to position the lift adapters only at the OEM-recommended lifting points.
