ABRA Auto Body & Glass Expands Presence in Wisconsin

Acquisition of Reflections Auto Body’s north Milwaukee repair center location gives ABRA 19 stores in Wisconsin and 287 nationwide.

abralogoABRA Auto Body & Glass announced it acquired another repair center on June 29th, just days following the announcement that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire 23 additional repair centers in the coming weeks in the Pacific Northwest. The acquisition includes Reflections Auto Body’s north Milwaukee repair center location in Milwaukee. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

ABRA now officially operates 287 repair centers in 22 states, 19 of which are across Wisconsin. The count will jump to 310 repair centers in 23 states once ABRA closes on the additional centers it announced on June 26th.

“Expanding our presence in Wisconsin is another opportunity to increase our market share in Milwaukee and across the state,” said ABRA President and CEO Duane Rouse. “It’s what we look for in each of our acquisitions.
