In just over two years, CARSTAR states that Erdman has had a huge impact on the success of the network, working with franchisees on the company’s rebranding efforts as well as its annual franchise conference.

Erdman joined CARSTAR in April 2013 as a marketing specialist, and has quickly proven her value through hard work and dedication.

“CARSTAR is pleased to promote Jesamyn Erdman to the position of assistant marketing manager,” said David James, vice president of marketing for CARSTAR. “In her short tenure with the company, Jesamyn has proven to be a real asset to the company and our franchisees. Over the past two years, Jesamyn has led the development and management of our brand-reimaging program, working directly with more than 200 franchisees to update the look of their facilities. In addition, she is responsible for managing advertising requests and manages many aspects of the CARSTAR annual conference. We are delighted to have Jesamyn on the team and look forward to her continued contributions.”

In 2014, Erdman was presented with the Spirit of CARSTAR award. Each year, CARSTAR recognizes the member of the CARSTAR corporate team who demonstrates an exceptional commitment to serving CARSTAR store owners, building the CARSTAR brand and improving the organization’s performance.

Erdman, who is from Cheney, Kan., is a graduate of Kansas State University. She works at the CARSTAR corporate headquarters in Leawood, Kan.
