Service King Hosts Hard-Hat Tour of Future California Repair Center

Service King is set to open the 70,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art collision repair center in the first quarter of 2016.

Service-King-Milpitas

Service King Collision Repair Centers hosted a hard-hat tour earlier this month at its future Milpitas, Calif., repair center where more than 100 guests arrived to get a sneak peek inside one of the state’s largest and most advanced facilities.

Service King is set to open the 70,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art collision repair center in the first quarter of 2016, and this month’s event provided the company an opportunity to give industry leaders a firsthand look at its capabilities.

“We’re extremely excited about this new facility,” said Wesley McAlester, Service King market vice president. “The size and capabilities that come with this facility will provide us even greater resources to pass along to our customers in the Bay Area. It’s our goal to provide and invest in the very best services to our customers, and this is a great step forward in that continued mission.”

Throughout 2015, Service King officials have renovated and outfitted the large facility with new equipment, offices and cutting-edge machinery.

The facility will be outfitted with a grand glass entrance, covered parking for customers, onsite Enterprise Rental Service along with seven fully-furnished unassigned office spaces for use in developing relationships with dealerships and insurance partners across the community.

The size of the location will allow Service King to service about 350 vehicle repairs each month. Service King’s future Milpitas location will serve as the company’s ninth in the Bay Area. Service King first opened collision repair centers in the Bay Area last year and has plans for future growth across the state of California.
