Brown’s Collision Center Donates Refurbished Ride

This is the fifth year Brown's has been a partner in giving a vehicle to someone in need.

Brown’s Collision Center in Bentonville, Ark., recently gifted a refurbished vehicle to a woman in need. This is the fifth year Brown’s has been a partner in giving a vehicle to a needy local family.

The recipient was Missy Lewis. Lewis has experienced trouble finding stable housing and used the services of Havenwood, which provides transitional housing for single parents in need, to get her back on her feet. Debbie Martin partnered with Brown’s and other vendors to provide Lewis with a vehicle so she can have daily transportation. She also has a child that has to visit doctors in Little Rock routinely. Without having a reliable source of transportation, it has been very burdensome on Lewis and her family.

“We hope that the key to the car not only provides reliable transportation for Missy, but also opens many more doors for her in the years to come,” said Brown’s Collision Center Owner Keith Brown.

Local vendors that aided in making this donation happen include:

  • Debbie Martin, executive director of Havenwood
  • Hott Wheels Used Auto Sales
  • Bob Howard Parts Distribution Center
  • Big-O-Tires
  • Bentonville Auto Body & Detail
  • Danny Stacey of Fletcher Honda
  • O’Reilly Auto Parts of Bentonville
  • Keystone Auto Parts
  • Shelley Parson’s of Farmer’s Insurance
  • Billy Sims BBQ
  • Chris Wing of Auto Glass Specialists
