Service King Expands in Columbus, Ohio

The addition of First Impressions Collision marks Service King’s second acquisition of 2016, following its partnership with Detroit’s Autometric Collision and its roster of nine collision repair centers.

service-king-logoService King Collision Repair Centers has announced continued expansion in the Columbus, Ohio market through a formal agreement to partner with First Impressions Collision, Inc.

Officials from both Service King and First Impressions mutually agreed upon terms of the acquisition before formally closing the deal on  Feb. 1st, with the merger set to take effect immediately.

“This is a proud and long-awaited step forward for our team at First Impressions Collision,” said Owner Phil Davidson. “Partnering with a leading organization like Service King provides our team the resources and support to continue providing superior repair services to our customers and insurance partners throughout the Columbus community.”

Service King Market Vice President Darren DuVall added, “Our team couldn’t be more proud to partner with a team like First Impressions Collision. Through this partnership, our team now provides three locations in the Columbus area to continue providing high-quality, consistent repairs with superior service. We look forward to a bright future together in Columbus.”

The First Impressions Collision facility, a member of the Ohio Auto Body Association, boasts the capacity to repair 150 to 200 vehicles per month.

The announcement marks Service King’s second acquisition of 2016, following its partnership with Detroit’s Autometric Collision and its roster of nine collision repair centers.
