OEC Selected by Infiniti Canada for Collision Parts Ordering and Fulfillment Solution

Powered exclusively through CollisionLink, the Infiniti Market Shield parts marketing program will allow Canadian Infiniti retailers access to competitive pricing on eligible OE parts against non-OE parts.

OEConnection LLC (OEC) announced that Infiniti, a division of Nissan Canada Inc., has selected the CollisionLink online parts ordering and fulfillment solution for its network of retailers. Powered exclusively through CollisionLink, the Infiniti Market Shield parts marketing program will allow Canadian Infiniti retailers access to competitive pricing on eligible OE parts against non-OE parts. Infiniti joins six other automakers in Canada and represents the 21st automotive dealer network in North America to facilitate a parts marketing program through CollisionLink.

“It is a privilege to welcome the Infiniti Market Shield program to our CollisionLink solution,” said Jon Palazzo, OEC vice president, National Accounts. “We hope to deliver the same great results that Nissan dealers in Canada have experienced with CollisionLink, such as improved efficiency, increased customer service and more OE parts sales.”

Stephen Lester, managing director at Infiniti Canada, added, “A couple of years ago, CollisionLink was successfully launched with Nissan Canada dealers. We are excited to extend the program to the Infiniti dealer network.”

The Infiniti Market Shield parts program is now available to Infiniti Canada retailers with support available in English and French.
