Top Shop Marketing Recognized by I-CAR

Recognition comes from Top Shop Marketing's commitment to help its network facilities obtain the Gold Class designation.

Top Shop Marketing announced it was recently recognized by I-CAR for its commitment to help its network facilities obtain the Gold Class designation. Top Shop Marketing is now encouraging its shops to participate in the Road to Gold program.

Top Shop attends a variety of industry events such as I-CAR, SEMA, NACE and CIC and are therefore able to keep their shops informed of industry shifts and changes They also travel to meet with insurance carriers year-round. By staying in touch with carriers, they’re able to help dial their shops in on training and KPI requirements carriers are looking for.

Top Shop works with carriers on group performance filtering down to individual shop opportunities, which provides an ease of use to insurance carriers by serving as a single point of contact for their facilities. In addition, Top Shop says shop owners benefit by participating in a network that’s focused on specific requirements of various DRPs including geographical needs and training/certification requirements, which are constantly changing. This allows the shop owner to focus on repairing vehicles and satisfying their customers all while retaining the business they built.

Top Shop explained that they recognize the need for industry training, especially with modern technology, which is why they have partnered with I-CAR to increase their Gold Class percentage. About 80 percent of their shops are Gold Class or on the “Road to Gold.”
