CARSTAR Canada announced the addition of CARSTAR Quality Assured Trojan located in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.

CARSTAR Quality Assured Trojan is owned by Emile and Brenda Houle, who have been in the auto collision repair business for 14 years together. Their son, Damien, also works at the location and is in early discussions on taking over the business some day.

The location itself has recently undergone a series of upgrades and stands as one of the largest automotive facilities on Vancouver Island. A pivotal improvement in the renovation process allows for customers to access the estimating bay to see the damage and repairs necessary for their vehicle firsthand.

“Providing this type of transparency to our customers has helped us provide an exceptional customer experience and has led to our positive reputation throughout the community,” said Brenda Houle.

CARSTAR Quality Assured Trojan is currently Honda certified and is working toward its Volkswagen certification.

Within their community, the Houles support initiatives such as youth hockey and softball and local charity golf tournaments. Every holiday season, they donate to food banks and women’s shelters to support those in need.
