Assured Performance OEM Certification Symposium to be Held Aug. 10-11

Assured Performance OEM Certification Symposium to be Held at NACE | CARS Aug. 10-11

The symposium will offer an in-depth, hands-on review of special certification-based marketing and sales programs that are solely available through OEM certification programs.

Assured Performance has announced details for the OEM Certification Symposium, held in conjunction with NACE | CARS Aug. 10-11, 2016, at the Anaheim Convention Center, Calif. Assured Performance and automakers, including Ford, Nissan, Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles, Hyundai and others, have joined together to host a content-filled symposium for certified repair providers, interested repairers and invited guests.

Through panel discussions, presentations by the OEMs and instructional seminars, attendees will have the opportunity to gain insight into industry trends and automaker strategies, while learning how to maximize the value of their OEM certification. The symposium will expose attendees to an in-depth, hands-on review of special certification-based marketing and sales programs that are solely available through OEM certification programs. It will explore how OEM certification is linking vehicle owners directly with certified repair providers through the new and rapidly expanding OEM customer referral programs (CRP). The event will also debut several repair quality assurance tools, documenting the use of OEM repair procedures and KPI/data management, process management and customer relations management.

Body shop owners and managers who are interested in learning more about how OEM certification is changing the collision repair industry are invited to attend. Pre-registration is required.

Registration for the OEM Certification Symposium is now available to collision repair providers for a one-time payment of $135 per registered attendee, which includes general admission to NACE | CARS.
