Assured Performance Appoints Bob Keith Senior Director of Compliance & Education

Keith will assume responsibility for managing the network of over 300 shop inspector auditors across North America.

Assured Performance has announced the appointment of Bob Keith as senior director of Compliance & Education. Keith will assume responsibility for managing the network of over 300 shop inspector auditors across North America. His role will also oversee education and business improvement initiatives for the Assured Performance network of over 2,800 Certified Repair Providers.

Keith is a well-known industry leader with nearly 40 years of experience. In the late 70s, Keith became a body shop owner/operator when he and his partner formed Silver Hammer Body Co. Today, the partners own four CARSTAR franchises in Nebraska and Kansas.

Keith served on the I-CAR International Board of Directors, filling many roles between 2007 and 2016, including chairman of the board in 2015. Keith currently serves as treasurer of the AMI Board of Trustees. Keith is also a 12-year member of the Skills USA National technical committee for collision repair.

Keith joined CARSTAR corporate in 1996 and assumed responsibility for training and education in 2009. Recently his role was managing training for CARSTAR’s EDGE Performance Platform. Keith has worked at CARSTAR for 20 years.
