Management Success Offering Interactive ‘Work Smarter, Not Harder’ Workshop

The workshop allows general, collision and big truck shop owners to gain knowledge on troubleshooting business operations, target issues that result in inadequate sales, and gain free time for themselves and family.

Effective immediately, Management Success is offering a new, credit-earning training workshop titled, “Work Smarter, Not Harder,” through the Automotive Management Institute (AMi).

According to Management Success, “Too many auto shop owners spread themselves thin, working full days, spending 70 hours per week in the shop and barely reaching their goals. On the other hand, certified shop owners experience less stress, more profit, and better training and management results.”

The certified “Work Smarter, Not Harder” workshop allows general, collision and big truck shop owners to gain knowledge on troubleshooting business operations, target issues that result in inadequate sales, and gain free time for themselves and family.

Jim Saeli, senior workshop instructor, will cover key topics through hands-on exercises. They’re designed to individually assess what each shop owner is doing correctly or incorrectly with profits and production, parts pricing, marketing, customer service, hiring and training, managing employees and financial planning.

The two-day, 10-hour interactive workshop by Management Success provides 20 course credits toward certification with the AMi. It’s also supported by the Auto Service Association.

Shop owners can sign up for “Work Smarter, Not Harder” at www.managementsuccess.com/interactive-workshop. For more information about other Management Success services, visit www.managementsuccess.com.
